Sumpter Valley Railway 36 foot 76000 series flatcars.  KIT HO-SV-36-A

This all-new kit from Model Logging Supply has been engineered from the ground up using historical plans and documents. This is not just a simple generic flatcar with the name Sumpter Valley  slapped on. 

The kit can be built as-shown for prototype looks top and bottom or you can add a hidden weight using our own tri-deck design.

Beautifully laser cut by one of the hobby's most talented laser-cutters. All holes are pre-located and pre-drilled. Our design makes these kits easy and quick to assemble. Represented metalwork castings are made by Grandt Line.

KITS ARE LESS TRUCKS AND COUPLERS.   Correct SVRY decals are included with proper road numbers and tech data for this series of cars. (The decals shown in the pictures above are close - but not exact and not the ones you will receive)

Correct trucks for this series of cars are archbar, or T-Bettendorf, or Vulcan and can be obtained in Grandt Line, Rio Grande Models, Micro Trains or Blackstone brands.

Each kit comes with our own height gauge which allows you to shim the brand of trucks to correct deck and coupler height.

Kadee #78 couplers glue right on and correctly represent the SVRY's "full size" couplers.
